We’re still here! We apologize for the lack of updates; we’ve been dealing with a lot of school work and personal things that we haven’t been able to fully update this site. We hope all you wonderful Gary Oldman fans are still with us. We’re planning a big overhaul of the site, it will be slow, but we will try to finish as soon as we can… new and old updates are coming! Hang on, everyone! And big thanks!!
Hello! First of all, thank you to all visitors for sticking with us. We’re currently remodeling and tweaking the site a bit, so we will be experiencing some technical difficulties from time to time. Hopefully new contents will be up really soon! Please stay tune!
(PS: The gallery will be updated regularly during this time, so you all can enjoy some wonderful Gary eye candies! )
First thing first, Mr. Oldman will be directing a livestream of Jack White’s concert, which is a part of the American Express Unstaged series on April 27th. You can view the live-stream on Jack White’s VEVO page 9pm ET / 6pm PT. If you would like to read further about this event, click here and here (official news release by Third Man Records including tickets information is here)!
Secondly, Mr. Oldman is attached to star in two films, Motor City and Paranoia, which are both in their pre-production stage at the moment. Paranoia will reunite Mr. Oldman with his Air Force One, Harrison Ford. So stay tuned for those as well!
To Our Hero: a man who never ceases to be amazing, a man full of talent, a man who has given us so much and who has been a wonderful inspiration to us all.
We want to wish you a wonderful birthday!
Happy Birthday, Mr. Oldman!
It’s Oscar week and what better news to have than some interesting facts about this year’s Best Actor nominees, especially of course our favorite nominee, Mr. Gary Oldman. The Hollywood Reporter has recently reported that Mr. Oldman holds two of the most incredible box office records: 1) he is the highest Box Office Grossing Actor ever nominated for an Oscar and 2) he is the highest Box Office Grossing Actor of All Time!
Here’s the article:
THR got some first reactions from the newly announced nominees of this year’s Oscar race. Here’s Mr. Oldman’s reaction:
“I’m in Berlin; we have the premiere of Tinker Tailor over here tonight. I was in the middle of an interview with a German newspaper when I found out [about the nomination]. My manager walked in with tears in his eyes. I personally was not expecting anything. It was a normal work day. If you took the temperature of the last month, from some of the critics and award nominations, we’ve been absent from those. This was my very last interview for press for Tinker Tailor. Ironic, isn’t it? Now it’s a whole new round of them.” – SOURCE
